Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, refunds will be made based on the following rates:
- ・By the deadline: 100%
- ・3 weeks before the event: 60%
- ・2 weeks before the event: 30%
- ・1 week before the event: 20%
- ・3 days before the event: 10%
- ・2 days before the event to the day of the event: No refund
* In case of cancellation due to a typhoon, the participation fee minus the preparation cost of 3,000 yen will be refunded.
* If the program is unavoidably cancelled during the event, the participation fee cannot be refunded. Please note this in advance.
* The bank transfer fee for the refund will be borne by the customer.
