Churakids Cooking Club is a cooking classroom experience for kindergarten and elementary school students. We will be preparing a variety of dishes from scratch using local ingredients. Our aim is to discover the fun and satisfaction that comes from appreciating all the effort that goes into the art of cooking. All of our activities are done in a friendly cross-cultural environment where Japanese and American students work together towards common goals.

Vol.25 “Bamboo Shoot Rice”
During May, we celebrate Children’s Day. In this month’s cooking club, we will make “bamboo shoot rice” with the desire to grow tall and strong just like bamboo shoots 🍚💕 Let’s challenge observing and touching real bamboo shoots, then get rid of it’s natural bitterness! Can you compare your height to a bamboo shoot😆⁉️ Come join us in making this delicious seasonal dish ✨

- Unfortunately due to size constraints, parents cannot attend this event. However we will be taking plenty of pictures and video and will make it all available to you!
- If your application is received after the class limit has been reached, it will be placed on the waiting list. After the sign-up deadline, we will inform you whether you can participate by email.

Kids Soccer Class!
Churakids Soccer Class is a cross-cultural sports program where American and Japanese students learn side by side. The students learn to work together in a fun environment led by an experienced coach using English.
