In case of cancellation, refunds will be made based on the following rates:
* In case of cancellation due to a typhoon, the participation fee minus the preparation cost of 3,000 yen will be refunded.
* If the program is unavoidably cancelled during the event, the participation fee cannot be refunded. Please note this in advance.
* The bank transfer fee for the refund will be borne by the customer.
キャンセル時は、以下の返金率に基づいて返金いたします。
* 台風による中止の場合は、参加費より準備費用3,000円を除いた金額を返金いたします。
* プログラム開催中にやむを得ず中止になった場合、参加費は返金できませんのであらかじめご了承ください。
* 返金振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
