    Terms of Agreement

    • Transportation will not be provided. Parents are responsible for picking up & dropping off children at designated venue.
    • We will be informing you which personal items we recommend you to bringing for the activity. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for loss, damage, theft of personal items brought to the activities.
    • We do our absolute best to take care of our students during our activities, but unfortunately sometimes accidents do occur. We cannot assume legal responsibility for such incidents. Please also be sure to inform us of any medical conditions your child may have, such as asthma, allergies.
    • Please be advised that photographs/videos taken at the event may be used on our website, flyers, ads, etc.
    • Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cancellations.
    • Payment is typically due the last week prior to the start of the month. (For example: Payment for October is due the last week of September)
    • We cannot refund you for sessions missed for reasons outside our control.
    • If you would like to quit the class you must inform us at least one month in advance.
    • Classes may be cancelled due to weather (typhoon, etc.) please check our Facebook page for the latest announcements.
    • In the event of a cancellation, a make up session will be held.
